JP Chenet. Colombard-Sauvignon 0.75 L France Cotes de Gascogne / Sauvignon Blanc and Colombard / Color: Shiny light, very light yellow with greenish shades / Wine description: The grapes are harvested before ripening in order to benefit from the perfect state of health. They are then quickly pressed at low temperatures. Fermentation takes place at very low temperatures (12-17 °C) to preserve the aromas. This is followed by a rapid clarification of the wine, which is aged at low temperatures. / Nose: Tones of pears, peaches and white flowers / Mouth: A dry, fine and lively wine, with pear aromas / Recommendation: Aperitif, fish and shellfish
