Valpantena's Pinot Grigio is a fresh, dry and summery wine, with fine notes of apple and pear and a mineral finish. Fermentation takes place over 10-12 days at low temperatures together with the grape must, which gives the wine more complexity and structure. The color is straw yellow and the scent is fruity. We recommend this wine as an aperitif, with fish, shellfish, chicken or light salads and sushi.
