Description
Beetroots from Beauvais have always been popular. Beetroot is often used for the packed lunch - e.g. on top of meatballs or liver pâté. Beetroot can of course also be used for cooking, i.a. in a burger or a different salad. Beauvais Beetroot has a combination of sweetness and a slight acidity. Beetroot from Beauvais is primarily harvested in Denmark in the period from September to December.
