Description
Dimazzo is made from carefully selected hand-harvested Primitivo and Negroamaro grapes, both harvested in October. Refined maturity in the wine is supported by notes of dried fruits such as plums and dark berries, as well as a touch of raisins. The wine is aged in oak for 4 months, which helps to add notes of chocolate, spices and a touch of vanilla to the wine. The aftertaste is incredibly harmonious and well-balanced with a powerful mature finish. The wine is suitable for spicy dishes, fried and grilled meat, game and mature cheeses.
