Description
Vinification: The wines are cultivated in the classic Lenz-Moser trellis system with an average yield of 6,000 kilos per hectare. The grapes for this wine are handpicked in mid-October. After temperature-controlled fermentation, the wine matures in stainless steel tanks. Tasting notes: Light, straw yellow colour. Notes of delicate stone fruits, lime, fresh herbs and hints of passion fruit. The taste has fruity aromas and an elegant structure. The fresh acidity provides a perfect balance between fruit and the depth of aromas. An excellent example of the structure and length of aftertaste you can achieve with Riesling. Serving suggestion: Serve chilled at 9 degrees. Drink it now or within 2-3 years. Perfect as an accompaniment to light fish dishes, soups, poultry, salads and cured hams.
