Description
Santa Christina Cabernet Sauvignon is carefully made from selected grapes from vineyards in the Central Valley of Chile. Tasting notes: The wine has a young and fresh bouquet with a spicy note of blackcurrant. Santa Christina Cabernet Sauvignon is medium-bodied and has a young, fruity and soft taste with notes of blackcurrant and lingonberry. Climate: Mediterranean climate with a large difference between day and night temperatures due to the location close to the Pacific Ocean (80 km) and the Andes Mountains (60 km). The Requingua winery receives good amounts of wind from the south in the afternoon during the summer months, which helps prevent the temperature from rising too much in the summer. Production: The grapes are handpicked at the end of April. Recommended for: Grilled beef or lamb, pasta dishes or roast duck. Also suitable for medium-aged cheeses.
