Description
California Central Valley / Zinfandel / Color: Pale pink / Wine description: The grapes are picked both by hand and by machine and ferment for one day in cold maceration at 6 to 8 °C. Slow pressing with a pneumatic press. The alcoholic fermentation takes place at very low temperatures (15 to 17 °C). After filtration, the wine is aged with inert gas at a low temperature in stainless steel containers. / Recommendation: Aperitif, grilled meat
